El Dorado Hospitality Group strives to create experiences involving your key senses eliciting a visceral and emotional journey of taste, smell, sight, sound and touch. Exceptional Service is the cornerstone of our success for over a decade.

Our History

El Dorado Hospitality was born out of a commitment to provide service with Integrity, Grace and Elegance in the hospitality industry.  In 2009, El Dorado Hospitality started as a premiere east coast beverage service committed to providing exceptional service to clients and their guests.  With a variety of beverage service offerings El Dorado’s client base grew through referrals; a key testament to our strengths.  El Dorado Hospitality’s Beverage Services include fully customizable offerings for small in home events, to weddings to corporate team building events and venue staffing.

Over time it became important that EDH staff were trained to ensure that the commitment to service excellence didn’t dwindle. To ensure that a high standard was maintained, EDH Group’s industry educational workshops were created. 

Leveraging the founder of El Dorado Hospitality’s twenty-five plus years experience in hospitality and travel. That same passion for excellence inspired El Dorado Hospitality Travel services.  EDH Travel works to create unique guided vacation experiences including deep-sea fishing, diving, adventure water sports, dining, and beverage tastings, while enjoying a relaxed tropical vacation.

Meet Trevor


Passionate, driven and energetic have been used to describe the founder of El Dorado Hospitality Group, Trevor Ifill.  Trevor is a certified food and beverage professional, wine sommelier and award-winning mixologist.  Trevor’s love of fishing, travel, food and use of natural ingredients and spirits was born from his time in St. Lucia working on charter boats and progressing to prestigious restaurants and hotels. 

Trevor’s personality saw his rise to the top of the St. Lucian service industry culminating with the opportunity to provide exceptional service during events to members of the British Royal family, Diplomatic Core, Government Ministers, Hollywood Elites and Professional Athletes.  Trevor lives by the mantra “you can have exceptional food and drink but if the service is bad, you’ll be greatly disappointed”.  Moving to the United States in 2000, Trevor brought his skills and commitment to excellence to the eastern seaboard.

Continuing to progress within the industry managing unique food and wine venues in the Baltimore area, Trevor became General Manager of the Ixia Restaurant and Managing Partner in Bistro Blanc. Trevor’s passion was visible in the exceptional service provided to Baltimore guests.  

Trevor is committed to continuous learning for himself and the EDH Team, as well as others in the industry. Trevor is a proud member of the Baltimore Bartender’s Guild, Court of Master Sommelier and a partner of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Make A Wish Foundation.
